Job summary

Securitas UK in Luton is hiring a Business Security Compliance Officer to support security and compliance across a regulated environment. You’ll help maintain security standards, advise stakeholders, and ensure policies are followed.

This role suits a proactive security professional who can work independently with a varied workload. You’ll be part of an experienced team delivering safety and compliance across the site, with development opportunities from day one.

Qualifications

• BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance eligibility.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the Site Security service support to the business in line with company and government guidance.
• Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel.
• Handle general sit enquiries and complaints professionally with excellent customer service.
• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of security related guidance and company policies.
• Gather and report security related data to support the understanding of information.
• Manage and maintain all security records and databases.
• Demonstrate alignment with Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
