Job summary

Securitas UK is looking for a Security Officer to deliver professional security services across sites in a designated geographic area, ensuring the safety of people, property and assets. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer service while upholding Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

Key duties include monitoring access, responding to alarms, conducting internal and external patrols, and overseeing CCTV where required.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access to premises and respond to alarms.
• Conduct patrols and CCTV monitoring as required.
• Manage keys and lock/unlock duties.
• Maintain logs and issue passes per instructions.
• Provide guidance and information to staff, visitors and contractors.
