Job summary

Gemba Advantage is seeking junior and mid-level software engineers to join an agile delivery team building secure, cloud-native services for public sector customers in the UK.

You’ll design and develop scalable software, participate in code reviews, prototype solutions, and collaborate with customers using Java, TypeScript, Python, Go and modern frameworks, with on-site work up to four days per week and SC/DV eligibility.

Qualifications

• Willingness and eligibility to obtain SC & DV clearance (essential).
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and modern languages.
• Experience with cloud/container technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of secure, scalable software services.
• Research, prototype, and deliver effective technical solutions with experienced teammates.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve skills.
• Build and test solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and across delivery disciplines.
