Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex software and services programmes from planning through deployment and support.
• Manage multiple programme workstreams and consolidate priorities into a roadmap.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, consultancy, product and support.
• Oversee governance, reporting, planning and programme assurance activities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Ensure delivery meets contractual, quality and security requirements.
• Support forecasting, commercial performance and budget management.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and future programme growth.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and governance.
