Job summary

Searchability NS&D in London is seeking a Security-Cleared Data Engineer to join a growing public sector technology consultancy. The role is hybrid with a London location and requires active SC clearance.

You will build scalable data platforms and pipelines using Python, AWS and modern engineering practices, delivering batch and streaming ETL/ELT solutions. Mentoring and technical leadership may be needed to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Proficiency with Python, AWS, Git and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data platforms, pipelines and services.
• Develop robust Python-based data solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Deliver batch, streaming, ETL/ELT and data transformation solutions.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC and DataOps across production environments.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring when required.
