Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer / SDET to design, develop, and deliver robust test solutions for complex applications. You will build and maintain automation frameworks, run API and microservices testing, and ensure quality across the software development life cycle.

The role requires Security Clearance, strong communication, and the ability to travel to London for client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and SDLC.
• Hands-on testing across API, UI, and contract testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver test solutions.
• Oversee automation script development and maintenance.
• Verify usability, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address automation challenges.
• Coordinate efforts to resolve performance test failures.
• Support and mentor team members.
