Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence seeks a Business Analyst to support a testing/ITSM environment in Corsham. The role is hybrid, with two days on-site per week, and offers a contract opportunity.

You will gather and document requirements, work with testing teams and stakeholders, and ensure ITSM processes (Remedy or similar) meet business needs in a secure environment requiring active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in a testing environment or with test teams.
• Familiar with Remedy or similar ITSM platform.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Active Security Check (SC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with testing teams to support test planning, execution and validation.
• Analyse business processes, workflows and system functionality.
• Support the identification, investigation and resolution of defects and issues.
• Work with ITSM platforms, ideally Remedy or equivalent tools.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams and testers.
• Maintain clear requirements documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the delivery of solutions that meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
