Qualifications

• Proven experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Experience in security awareness programmes and phishing simulations to reduce risk.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the security awareness programme and human-risk management.
• Manage phishing simulations, awareness training and behavioural change activities.
• Coordinate annual security campaigns and mandatory training activities.
• Monitor threats and trends to improve organisational resilience.
• Produce management reports and dashboards for senior leaders.
