Job summary

Saepio, based in High Wycombe, is seeking a Security Awareness Analyst (Human Risk) to join its managed services team. You will onboard customers to Security Awareness Training, run phishing simulations, and drive user education programmes to reduce human cyber risk.

You will collaborate with KnowBe4 and other tooling to improve resilience, create insights from results, and present clear recommendations to customers and internal teams. Hybrid, full-time with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing cyber security, IT support or managed service role.
• Experience producing reports, reviews or recommendations for customers or stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management services.
• Configure phishing simulation campaigns and training programmes.
• Support customers in developing stronger security behaviours and reducing cyber exposure.
• Analyse phishing and training results to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce reports and recommendations showing progress and drive maturity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.
• Provide regular updates to customers and manage expectations.
• Support service reviews and customer meetings with findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of Security Awareness and Human Risk Management services.
