Job summary

Saepio is looking for a customer-focused security awareness specialist to join our managed services team in High Wycombe. You will onboard clients to training programs, run phishing simulations, and help customers reduce human risk and improve resilience against social engineering.

The role combines cyber security, reporting and service improvement in a fast-paced environment within a leading UK security provider. Hybrid working arrangements and UK-based employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing cyber security, IT support or managed service role.
• Experience producing reports, reviews or recommendations for customers or stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management services.
• Configure and run phishing simulation campaigns and training programmes.
• Help customers strengthen security behaviours and reduce cyber threats.
• Analyse phishing and training results to identify trends and improvements.
• Produce reports and recommendations to show progress and drive security maturity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates to customers and manage expectations.

Location: Saepio HQ, High Wycombe, Bucks

Hours: Hybrid, Full Time, no overnight work - (Mon – Thurs 9am–6pm, Fri 9am-5pm)

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our managed services team, in this role, you will help customers reduce human cyber risk through Security Awareness Training, phishing simulations and user education programmes. Working with industry-leading platforms such as KnowBe4 and other Human Risk Management tooling, you will support organisations in improving their resilience to phishing, social engineering and other user-targeted cyber threats.

What you’ll be doing?

• Manage the onboarding of new customers onto Security Awareness Training and Human Risk Management services.
• Configure and administer phishing simulation campaigns and security awareness training programmes.
• Support customers in developing stronger security behaviours and reducing their exposure to cyber threats.
• Analyse phishing and training results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce insightful reports and recommendations that demonstrate progress and drive security maturity.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve service-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide regular updates to customers, manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships.
• Support service reviews and customer meetings, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Security Awareness and Human Risk Management services.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cyber security and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Our Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing cyber security, IT support or managed service role.
• Experience producing reports, reviews or recommendations for customers or stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement.

Other skills/qualifications – (Desirable, not mandatory)

• Experience working in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)
• Security Awareness Training/Human Risk Management (Know Be 4/KB4)
• Other relevant Cyber Security certifications (e.g. Comp TIA, NIST, ISO2700X, SOC2, GDPR)
