Responsibilities

• Work with account managers to ensure all quotes are raised and orders placed
• Help deliver solutions provided to customers to ensure value gained and risk reduction
• Help maintain customer service and satisfaction in the form of service review meetings
• Help support account managers with account strategies to improve customer relationships
• Manage any necessary administrative work for account managers
• Help facilitate the transition from the sales process to the customer success teams within Saepio’s services and vendor partnerships
• Help manage contract renewals and uncover upsell opportunities
• Build relationships within partner community
• Work close with account managers to ensure sales targets are met
• Manage deal registrations and write business justifications
• Identify process improvements that enhance business efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar customer‑facing role
