XYZ Reality is seeking a Senior Security & Compliance Engineer to own security architecture across its technology stack and embed secure-by-design practices. The role partners with Engineering and Product to strengthen Azure cloud, Kubernetes clusters, IAM, and encryption, while advancing threat modelling, vulnerability management, and incident response.

A hybrid London position with a strong compliance remit supports SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security expert across application, cloud and infra.
• Experience with governance and compliance alongside security execution.
• Ability to lead security architecture discussions and decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own security architecture across XYZ Reality’s tech stack.
• Strengthen Azure cloud and Kubernetes security controls.
• Embed shift-left security in engineering workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead vulnerability management, triage and remediation tracking.
• Support security posture around SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• Address AI-related security risks and secure-by-design development.
