Job summary

Colt Technology Services seeks a Security Architect for Platform Engineering in London to design, deliver and maintain the end-to-end target architecture for the security domain and ensure alignment with Colt's technology landscape.

You will work with Security Engineering, SOC and Risk teams, lead small architect teams, translate complex security concepts for business stakeholders and drive security transformations across the Colt landscape.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ technical knowledge and practical experience in information security in a large-scale enterprise or telecommunications environments.
• 5 years experience and advanced understanding of information security concepts related to private and public cloud providers and services.
• Ability to translate technical security jargon into business language.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments using a recognized methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and maintain the end-to-end target architecture for the security domain.
• Align architecture with Colt technology landscape across engineering teams.
• Consult on security for new product introductions and ensure compliance.
• Ensure networks comply with regulations and standards (e.g., TSA, DORA, ISO27001).
• Translate research into actionable data; present memos and strategy papers to management.
• Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and transformations.
• Support product portfolio and product engineering teams on security.
• Represent Colt at industry bodies and forums.
• Conduct capability mapping exercises.
• Ensure Secure by Design across changes in Colt landscape.
• Assist with Hackathons and security awareness initiatives.
