Capco invites a Security Architect to lead design and implementation of secure, scalable solutions for top financial clients in London. The role blends hands-on delivery with mentorship, emphasizing AI-enabled workflows and responsible guardrails across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

We seek experts in secure architectures, threat modelling, IAM, and Zero Trust, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for shaping security strategy within a dynamic consulting culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in secure architecture design across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, TOGAF) and Zero Trust.
• Expertise in IAM, endpoint and network security and translating complex concepts for broad audiences.
• Collaborative approach with curiosity about AI-enabled workflows and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise security architecture strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements, using approved AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate research, analysis and insight.
• Lead the design of secure systems, networks and applications across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments, define remediation strategies, and explore responsible AI and automation to improve the efficiency and quality of security analysis while maintaining human review.
• Guide DevSecOps adoption by designing embedded security and controls within the SDLC, including guardrails, audit trails and escalation pathways for AI-enabled workflows.
• Champion security awareness and mentor teams across engineering, architecture and delivery, encouraging responsible experimentation with approved AI tools.
