Job summary

Capco is seeking a Senior Security Engineer in London, offering a hybrid work pattern. You will lead secure design and implementation across cloud and on‑prem environments, embedding security-by-design across the SDLC and advancing AI-enabled security workflows with human review.

You will drive secure coding, vulnerability assessments, and security audits while collaborating with engineering and client teams to improve resilience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with security ecosystems (Palo Alto, Microsoft or similar).
• Deep cloud security knowledge across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Proven secure coding, endpoint protection, SIEM and IAM capabilities.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP and responsible AI guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise security controls and automation.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and secure SDLC practices.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, code reviews and security audits.
• Develop security standards, engineering patterns and data protection strategies.
