Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking security-focused professionals to join our Digital & Data team in the UK (Bristol). Define end-to-end security architecture, design secure systems, and review client security measures while collaborating across agile teams, with in-person whiteboarding sessions and hybrid work two days per week.

Applicants should have a solid information security foundation and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IISP/CCP, TOGAF, SABSA).
• Experience delivering security solutions for large-scale infrastructure or integration projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Defining end-to-end security architecture and delivering solutions for projects or programs, creating Conceptual, Logical, and Implementation Architecture views.
• Designing secure system architectures using patterns and principles to manage business and security risks.
• Reviewing and enhancing clients' current security measures by applying innovative security architecture solutions.
• Working to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; solving problems with clients and on internal projects.
• Leading live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team; hybrid work with client site or office at least two days per week.

What you can expect

• Defining end-to-end security architecture and delivering solutions for projects or programs, creating Conceptual, Logical, and Implementation Architecture views.
• Designing secure system architectures using patterns and principles to manage business and security risks.
• Reviewing and enhancing clients' current security measures by applying innovative security architecture solutions.
• Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects
• Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
• Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require UK security clearance.

All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
