Job summary

Wyndham Singapore Hotel is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to join our frontline team at 3 Coleman Street, near City Hall MRT. You will help protect guests, staff and assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will monitor access, coordinate incident reports, and support daily operations to uphold service quality across multiple outlets.

• Maintain security officer deployment schedules and duty rosters.
• Coordinate shift changes, leave, and medical certificates.
• Verify attendance records, overtime, and allowances before payroll.
• Prepare operational reports and incident records.
• Respond to routine queries from officers, clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security officer deployment schedules, duty rosters, attendance records
• Coordinate shift changes, replacements, leave, and medical certificate updates to maintain operational continuity
• Verify attendance records, overtime, and allowances before submitting for payroll to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and update operational reports, incident records and PowerPoint slides
• Respond promptly to routine queries from officers, clients, and internal teams, escalating urgent operational issues to maintain service quality
• Organize records and handle employee and client information confidentially to protect data privacy
