OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a highly organised Security Admin to support operations across multiple contracts. This fast-paced role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
You will schedule security personnel, manage staffing levels, monitor out-of-hours activity, and produce daily operational reports while maintaining system accuracy and strong client service.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Security Admin to support our operational teams and ensure the effective delivery of security services across multiple contracts. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Working closely with Operations Managers, frontline security personnel, subcontractors, and the Operations Director, you will play a key role in maintaining service delivery standards, managing staffing requirements, and supporting out-of-hours operations.
As a Security Admin, you will ensure staffing requirements are met, operational systems remain accurate, and both clients and frontline teams receive excellent support. Your ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain high standards of administration will be critical to the success of the role.

The Security Admin reports directly to the North, Midlands and K9 Operations Director.
This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will handle sensitive business and personnel information and must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
