Manpower UK is seeking a Service Technician to join a field-based service team covering London and the South East. You will perform maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on security entrance systems and access control equipment.

This role suits engineers with 2+ years’ experience who want to develop in a specialist industry. Full product training, company van, fuel card and overtime benefits provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years engineering experience required.
• Basic electrical/electronic fault-finding ability expected.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required; travel across London and South East.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance visits.
• Attend reactive breakdowns and service call-outs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical faults.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Deliver a professional on-site service to customers.
• Manage vehicle stock and spare parts.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers and colleagues.
• Follow health & safety and company procedures.
• Use company systems to manage workloads and service activities.
• Occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
