Job summary

Vanquis seeks a Manager - Securitisation, Structured Finance Reporting to shape wholesale funding activity and provide senior leaders with clear, data-driven insights. You will manage complex data, oversee investor reporting for securitisation programs and support rating agency interactions.

You will collaborate with the Group Treasury team, ensuring funding plans align with risk appetite and regulatory requirements, while building strong external partnerships and robust funding models.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital markets or treasury within financial services.
• Hands-on securitisation experience with debt issuance and hedging instruments.
• Understanding of credit analysis and debt investor perspectives across capital structure.
• Ability to build and review models in Excel and handle large datasets.
• Familiarity with loan products such as auto loans, unsecured lending and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Develop wholesale funding plans and analyse intragroup funding needs.
• Produce and monitor servicer and investor reports for securitisation structures.
• Engage in funding transaction assessment and cost/benefit analysis.
• Analyse market trends to inform funding strategy for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate capital markets projects from planning to completion.
