Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a funding and analytics professional in Greater London to maintain access to secured funding markets and central bank facilities. You will manage funding programmes, support new structures and deliver critical reports to regulators and investors.

The role involves ensuring compliance with control processes for trade booking, cash management and reporting, while contributing to securitisation initiatives and central bank contingency schemes.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collate and interpret data from multiple sources and platforms.
• Interest in securitisation with some understanding of different types of secured funding mechanisms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, VBA or SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the bank’s ability to access secured funding markets and central bank facilities.
• Manage existing funding programmes to ensure the bank’s readiness to attract new funding.
• Support the creation of new structures and programmes.
• Deliver reports to the central bank, regulators and investor community.
• Support the definition and execution of processes and controls for trade booking, cash management and reporting requirements.
• Support securitisation transactions, the bank’s regulated covered bond programme and central bank contingent liquidity schemes.
• Help improve the safety and soundness of the bank and potential value under central bank contingent liquidity schemes.
• Support management of the back-stop facility enabling continued operations during severe liquidity stress.
