Job summary

Matchtech seeks an experienced Unified Communications Solution Lead to design, develop and deliver secure voice, video, messaging and collaboration solutions within highly regulated defence environments.

The role focuses on architecture, integration and governance of enterprise-scale UC platforms across segregated networks, with strong emphasis on interoperability, resilience and information assurance. DV clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Unified Communications solutions for secure, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, call routing, telephony integration, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience managing technical stakeholders and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce and own HLDs and LLDs for UC solutions.
• Design scalable, secure voice, video and collaboration services.
• Deploy secure cross-domain solutions and MLS gateways for inter-network communication.
• Define end-to-end architectures covering SIP, VoIP, telephony and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure designs meet defence security standards and governance processes.
