Job summary

Proactive Appointments seeks a Build & Deployment Manager to own secure software delivery in a regulated environment. You will manage Artifactory and Xray, design secure CI/CD pipelines and oversee GitHub Enterprise with strong automation, governance and traceability.

You will work across security, engineering and platform teams to embed controls, promote best practices and reduce risk in deployment pipelines. This role is primarily onsite with collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in DevSecOps and enterprise build/release engineering.
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory and Xray.
• Proven ability to design secure CI/CD pipelines and integrate with GitHub Enterprise.
• Familiarity with security controls, SBOM, SAST, software composition analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own secure software supply-chain controls across the organisation.
• Administer JFrog Artifactory and Xray, including repositories and policies.
• Design, implement and support secure CI/CD pipelines across stacks.
• Manage GitHub Enterprise repositories, permissions, releases and integration with security tooling.
• Embed security controls including SAST and software composition analysis.
• Automate processes using scripting and REST APIs; advocate auditable pipelines.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to reduce friction in delivery processes.
