Job summary

Resolian, a global CRO in bioanalytical sciences, seeks a Sector Manager to lead the Immunoassay Bioanalysis function in the UK. This senior role combines scientific leadership with business acumen to drive delivery, quality and growth.

You will oversee budgets, resource planning and cross‑site collaboration, act as Study Director/PI when required, ensure GLP/GCP compliance, and develop teams in a people‑centred, high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex bioanalytical teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of GLP/GCP regulatory expectations.
• Experience driving growth and client relationships in a CRO setting.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific, operational, and strategic leadership for the Immunoassay Bioanalysis function.
• Lead and develop teams within a people-centred, high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP and industry standards; audit readiness.
• Own cost centre and deliver against financial, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Lead resource planning, capacity management and continuous improvement initiatives.
