As a future Sector Lead Logistics/Asset Manager, reporting to the Global Sector Lead/Local Head of AM, you will be part of AXA IM Alts Real Estate.

The Asset Manager role involves managing and creating value in a large portfolio of logistic assets, including operational assets and forward sales. You will be a key stakeholder working closely with investors to develop and implement asset strategies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining asset strategies aligned with investor requirements, including portfolio growth through acquisitions and forward sales.
• Preparing annual business plans, financial models (DCF), and obtaining approvals.
• Drafting investment memorandums for acquisitions and submitting them for approval.
• Managing asset budgets and monitoring financial performance.
• Overseeing asset valuations, KPIs, and investor reporting.
• Managing property managers and external service providers.
• Handling legal issues, claims, and potential lawsuits.
• Gathering and analyzing technical, legal, tax, and commercial data to ensure asset liquidity and legal compliance.
• Proposing asset repositioning, refurbishment, development, and ESG initiatives.
• Coordinating stakeholders and representing investor interests in co-ownership.
• Managing disposals and supporting investment underwriting and onboarding of new assets.

YOUR PROFILE

We welcome diverse skills and experiences. Your qualifications and experience should include:

• An educated degree (business or real estate).
• RICS accreditation is a plus.
• Proven track record in real estate, especially in asset and investment management or property companies.
• Expertise in logistics asset management and development.
• Good knowledge of the logistics market and legislation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and results orientation.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
