Role: Section Manager - Supported Learning
Location: Hayes and Uxbridge
Salary: £46,543 to £50,646 per annum (including London Weighting)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Opportunity
Clarus Education is recruiting for an FE College seeking an educational leader for their new SEND centre opening September 2025. This purpose-built facility will serve over 60 SEND students with state-of-the-art classrooms, therapies, sensory rooms, and multi-disciplinary support.

The Role - Section Manager - Supported Learning

Reporting to the Head of School, you will:
• Lead provision development at the new campus
• Manage academic and support staff
• Teach SEND programmes
• Drive curriculum innovation

Essential Requirements - Section Manager - Supported Learning
• Degree-level qualification
• Level 5 FE teaching qualification
• 3+ years' SEND teaching experience
• Curriculum management experience
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice
• Understanding of Functional Skills and RARPA
• Team leadership in educational settings
