About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role may suit you. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility is essential.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist with training colleagues, keeping them informed through team ‘huddles’, and ensure product availability and customer satisfaction through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training across different areas and encourage your ongoing development, making this a great opportunity for growth in retail.
