About ESPO

ESPO is responsible for supplying goods and services to various public bodies within the area, including a large warehouse at Grove Park for storage and distribution of educational stationary, cleaning materials, and other goods to schools, offices, and homes.

About the Role

This is a practical, first-line supervisory role ensuring the efficient and timely completion of the Goods Out function, aligned with current priorities and requirements.

About You

To apply, you must:

• Have proven relevant experience in a large, fast-moving distribution warehouse, working with planned vehicle loads and zone picking.
• Possess sound knowledge of large distribution warehouse systems and procedures.
• Be a good motivator of staff to achieve output and KPI targets.
• Be numerate with the ability to perform basic math.
• Have a positive, can-do approach to team objectives.

Fluent English speaking ability is essential, as this role is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).
