About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. We are looking for flexible working arrangements that fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist with training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', and ensuring product availability by planning overtime and holidays. You will help maintain a great shopping experience for customers by ensuring the right staffing at the right times.
