About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, requiring flexible shift patterns. While we aim to accommodate your preferences, late and weekend work are essential aspects of the role, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to meet customer expectations by having the right colleagues in the right place at the right time.
