About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns to offer flexible working options. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to ensure adequate staffing and customer satisfaction.

We will support your training across different areas to help you develop your skills in retail leadership.

You are friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve excellent results. You have a positive attitude towards learning new skills across departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You serve as a role model, ensuring a great shopping experience for customers.
