About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. We offer flexible working to accommodate your lifestyle, but late and weekend shifts are required. Flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team huddles, and ensure product availability by planning overtime and holidays effectively. You'll help develop your skills through training in different areas, providing opportunities for growth in retail leadership.

You are naturally friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve excellent results. You have a positive attitude towards learning new skills across departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You serve as a role model, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
