Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Section Engineer to join the project team on the largest highways project in the region, delivering a new 10 mile dual carriageway. You will monitor and supervise site works, coordinate subcontract packages, and ensure delivery to programme, standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include producing short-term and whole-life programmes, coordinating with supply chain partners, and raising issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Formal safety training including SMSTS and SEATS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise site works and subcontract packages.
• Ensure delivery according to procedures, programme and project specs.
• Coordinate design reviews and supply chain involvement to deliver right-first-time solutions.
• Develop robust short-term plans and align resources for 3–6 month horizons.
• Communicate delivery requirements to Agents/Sub Agents and ensure latest design is used.
