Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking a site engineer/CSCS-qualified professional to support the senior project team with setting out, QA processes, and survey management on a designated project.

You will work with Sub Agents to manage materials, plant and labour, prepare ITPs, record site events, and ensure the weekly programme aligns with targets; willing to work weekends and night shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of engineering and industry best practice.
• Working towards a degree in an engineering discipline; professional qualifications desirable.
• A valid CSCS card is required.
• Willing to work weekends and night shifts as required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for team delivery.
• Desire to pursue innovation with focus on engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior project team in implementing the engineering strategy and framework for the project.
• Provide sketches detailing the setting out information installed.
• Maintain and use survey equipment; manage materials, plant and labour with Sub Agent.
• Understand subcontractor attendances and report deviations; feedback on project performance.
• Prepare QA documentation such as ITPs and check sheets as required.
• Record site events; monitor weekly programme and upcoming targets.
• Produce weekly programmes and communicate targets to the workforce.
• Collate weekly measure information and monitor wastage against budget and KPI's.

Education

Degree in Engineering or related field

MICE or MIStructE (desirable)

ONC/HNC (desirable)

CSCS card (required)
