Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Eastleigh is seeking a confident and motivated Secondary Unqualified Teacher to join local secondary schools. You will deliver pre‑planned lessons, lead classes, and support student progress in KS3 and KS4, working full‑time with daily pay up to £130.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young people, strong communication, and the ability to manage groups independently, with safeguarding training available if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting.
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Coach, or similar role desirable.
• Confident managing groups of students independently.
• Strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
• Resilient and proactive approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

Working Pattern: Full‑time

Pay Rate: Up to £130 per day

Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
