Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where required.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supporting students with additional learning needs where appropriate.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate classroom expectations.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation.
• Providing pastoral and emotional support to pupils.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff.
