Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking Teaching Assistants to work across secondary schools in Lincolnshire, including Grimsby, on daily supply and long-term basis. You will support learning and development, assist teachers, and help create an inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) - or willing to obtain one
• Professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting students with additional learning needs where appropriate
• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
• Providing pastoral and emotional support to pupils
• Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff
