Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking motivated Teaching Assistants to cover daily supply and long-term posts across Lincolnshire schools. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent entry point for graduates and professionals from other backgrounds.

You will support pupils, work with teachers on engaging lessons, provide small group and 1:1 support, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom. DBS checks and legal right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities

• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
