Engage Education in Stockport is recruiting secondary Teaching Assistants to support pupils across key stages in local schools. Roles are full-time with 1:1 support for students with additional needs and targeted small-group interventions.

You will work under experienced school staff, receive in-depth training, and earn competitive rates of pay aligned with national scales. DBS required; assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with special needs or lower-ability learners.
• Strong ability to work in small groups and provide targeted interventions.
• Relevant teaching-related qualifications or willingness to train.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils as required.
• Deliver small group intervention sessions.
• Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management.
