Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across secondary schools in Kirklees. The role focuses on in-class support, one-to-one and small-group interventions, and promoting positive behaviour in an inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children or young people, excellent communication skills, and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements are available through Protocol

Protocol Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated, and supportive Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in Kirklees. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential and can provide valuable support both inside and outside the classroom.

This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, support workers, and individuals with relevant experience working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students within lessons to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
• Work alongside teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational support.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions where required.
