We are looking for a caring, proactive and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping young people succeed—both academically and personally. Beginning June 2025.

Duties as a Secondary Teaching Assistant:

1. Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide targeted support in lessons.
2. Support students with a range of needs, including those with SEND or learning barriers.
3. Assist teachers in preparing resources and maintaining a purposeful learning environment.
4. Help promote positive behaviour and engagement across the school.
5. Provide pastoral support where needed to help students feel safe, confident and included.

Ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant:

1. Have experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or similar setting.
2. Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting young people.
3. Be able to follow teacher direction but also use initiative when needed.
4. Have good communication skills and work well as part of a team as a Teaching Assistant.
5. Ideally have a relevant TA qualification.
