Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking Secondary School Teaching opportunities in Bath. You will deliver engaging lessons, monitor student progress, and build strong relationships with students and staff to support learning and wellbeing.

The role requires QTS/PGCE or equivalent and Right to Work in the UK. Safeguarding training is desirable, and Prospero Teaching provides training and development support.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date safeguarding training within the last year (desirable).

As a Secondary School Teacher, you will use your subject knowledge and teaching expertise to inspire, engage, and support students in achieving their full potential. • Delivering engaging and effective lessons that support student progress and achievement within your subject area.

• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

Training and Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional, child-related references
