Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking Primary School Teachers for Bath to deliver engaging lessons and support pupils in reaching their potential in a nurturing school environment.

You will work with staff to monitor progress, adapt teaching to meet individual needs, and contribute to a positive school community. UK teaching eligibility and safeguarding awareness are valued, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and UK teaching eligibility preferred.
  • UK school experience desirable.
  • Safeguarding training within the last year is advantageous.

Responsibilities

As a Primary School Teacher, you will use your teaching expertise to inspire, engage, and support pupils in achieving their full potential. Working within a nurturing and inclusive school environment, you will deliver high-quality lessons, promote positive learning behaviours, and help children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Training and Qualifications
  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS (Desirable but not a requirement)
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)
To Be Eligible, You Must
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional, child-related references
