Keep Education is seeking a motivated Secondary School Teacher in Luton to deliver engaging, topic-specific lessons across KS3 and KS4, with optional involvement in KS5. You will plan high-quality schemes of work, assess progress, differentiate to meet all learners, and maintain effective behaviour management to support a positive learning environment.
The role requires UK QTS, a relevant degree in your subject, safeguarding training, and a collaborative, proactive approach to contribute to
Plan and deliver engaging, subject-specific lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
Prepare students for assessments and examinations
Contribute to departmental planning and school development
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Participate in school events, meetings, and CPD
Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
Experience teaching your subject across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to engage, challenge, and motivate students
Strong communication and organisational skills
Adaptable and proactive approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Relevant degree in your subject specialism
