Job summary

Keep Education in Luton is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2. You will manage classroom behaviour, assess pupil progress, and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

Job description

Experience:
  • Previous teaching experience in a Primary school setting is essential.
  • Experience across multiple key stages or in SEND/EAL support is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in intervention work or delivering targeted support is advantageous.
Skills:
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching styles.
Educational requirements:
  • Evidence of continued professional development is desirable.
  • Valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
