Job summary

Vida Education is seeking qualified secondary school teachers for Lancaster and surrounding areas. We offer flexible day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and potential permanent opportunities across local secondary schools.

Ideal candidates hold QTS (or QTLS), have UK secondary teaching experience, and hold an Enhanced DBS or are willing to apply. Competitive pay with a dedicated consultant and CPD support available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS).
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3–5.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Work collaboratively with schools and Vida Education consultants.

We work closely with local schools to provide reliable, high-quality teaching staff on a supply basis, offering flexible day-to-day work alongside short-term, long-term and potential permanent opportunities.
