Secondary School Teacher - Callington

Pay Rate: Our daily pay rate starts at £120 and can be negotiated up to £200 based on experience, pay scale, and additional responsibilities. Final rates are at the school's discretion.

Secondary Supply Teacher Responsibilities

1. Delivering cover lessons
2. Preparing lesson plans
3. Following safeguarding and school policies
4. Marking work as needed
5. Liaising with school staff

Secondary Supply Teacher Essentials

1. QTS or ECT status (applications from other teaching backgrounds are also welcome)
2. A current DBS or Update Service subscription (the agency can assist with this)
3. A minimum of 3 years' reference history
4. Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum
5. Reliability
6. Excellent communication skills
