Job summary

Hanson Recruitment is recruiting supply teachers for Bristol secondary schools, offering flexible, part- or full-time roles during school hours. Applicants should have QTS or Education degree and demonstrate experience with secondary students.

Roles involve working with older children, using assessment data to raise achievement, and delivering the curriculum while adhering to safeguarding and health-and-safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience of Secondary teaching in any capacity.
• QTS and Education degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work between 08:30-15:30 hours during the week term-time.

Supply Teacher for Secondary Schools

Location: Bristol

Pay Rate: for Secondary Teacher: £150 - £180 per day (subject to experience, role and qualifications).

Hours: Part- or full-time roles during school hours

Hanson Recruitment is working with many reputable primary and secondary schools across the South-West which require teachers and teaching assistants.

We are currently hiring supply teachers who can work with older children to work in Bristol secondary schools on a flexible, part-time basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Using assessment data and implementing strategies for raising achievement of pupils


• Experience of managing HLTAAs and/or LSAs in the classroom


• Delivering the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability of group/subjects/s that you teach


• Encouraging the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the school
