Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting supply teachers to cover absences in Lancing, Shoreham and Worthing. You will work on a day-to-day basis, often at short notice, with Secure Guaranteed Pay contracts where available.

Essentially, you must hold QTS, be adaptable, and able to manage student behaviour while following school policies. Supportive consultants and CPD opportunities are provided by Engage Education.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Flexibility and motivation to deliver great lessons.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to adhere to schools' policies.

Responsibilities

• Cover day-to-day supply needs for planned and unplanned absences.
• Work at short notice across local primary/secondary schools in the area.
