Job description

Principal Resourcing has a fantastic opportunity for a Secondary Cover Teacher to provide general cover across our Secondary Schools and Academies based in Malton and the surrounding areas. Work is available with immediate start and will provide general cover on a day-to-day and long-term basis across the Secondary curriculum. You will work collaboratively with the existing staff team to deliver a challenging and engaging learning experience.

We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced Teachers. You can expect to earn up to £230 per day depending on experience.

Skills and attributes:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant qualification for teaching in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to personal and professional development, with a desire to progress in your teaching career
• A proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
• A proven track record of excellent teaching practice
• A valid enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
• You must have the Right to Work in the UK; we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
